Interview with Rhodes Perry

In this interview, Rhodes Perry draws on his memories of working in the White House to talk about the importance of belonging at work.

He discusses why he felt like he needed to censor and cover who he was as a transgender male throughout his career, which has influenced his current-day consulting work and his best-selling book, Belonging at Work.

This interview is an opportunity to learn why practicing vulnerability in the workplace negates the need to censor and opens doors for people to be their authentic selves, have greater productivity, and more fulfillment.

As Rhodes says, “curiosity is a trait of inclusive leadership.”
